Cascades State Park Trail
Beverly Bridge Rehabilitation
This Contract provides for the improvement of the Beverly Bridge by rehabilitating the existing bridge converting it from a railroad bridge to a trail use bridge incorporating it into the Palouse to Cascades State Park Trail.
The bridge is over the Columbia River approximately seven miles southerly of Vantage, Washington, spanning both Kittitas and Grant Counties.

Bidder Responsibility will be evaluated for this project. In determining bidder responsibility, the Owner shall consider an overall accounting of the criteria set forth in Division 00 Instructions To Bidders. Please direct questions regarding this subject to the office of the Engineer.
Voluntary numerical MWBE goals of 10% MBE and 6% WBE have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged. Bidders may contact the Office of Minority and Women's Business Enterprise to obtain information on certified firms.
Mandatory 15% apprentice labor hours of the total labor hours are a requirement of this construction contract. Voluntary workforce diversity goals for this apprentice participation are identified in the Instructions to Bidders.
